Data Storage

DynaSURF incorporates a comprehensive data storage system, to allow all relevant simulations, parameters and preferences to be saved to disc, and later recalled when necessary. With DynaSURF, you can save:

Complete simulations. The data from a complete simulation may be stored to disc and later recalled. This is extremely useful, as it takes a fraction of the time taken to re-run the simulation.

Simulation parameters. If disc space is at a premium, DynaSURF allows the simulation's flow cell and / or surface parameters to be saved. These allow simulations to be later re-run without the need to manually enter in every single parameter.

Display preferences. Colour palettes, scale factors and display options may be saved to disc and recalled if required.

Plot points. Using DynaSURF's special plotting routine, both surface flux and surface coverage data may be stored to disc in formatted form to allow plots to be produced using commercial graphics packages.

Simulation statistics. A complete listing of all DynaSURF's simulation parameters may be saved to disc in formatted text form, which may then be printed out or kept as a record.
